OMG! We are finally here!! I have been dying to share my first wedding dress blog post/ all the details of my wedding dress with you! If you are new here, and didn't see any of my wedding posts on Instagram, I had found my dream wedding dress at Kleinfeld by the brand Allure Bridals. Little details of the dress were custom made for me by the amazing Rachel & Rose Bridal and I still can't get over how fun that day was!
Picking out your wedding dress is by far the best feeling and the best moment ever---- the best about parts about your bridal journey in general. So, finding the right place to have this experience is important. You want all the good vibes. The entire Rachel & Rose Bridal team was amazing. From the start to finish they were so supportive, helpful, and honest. One thing I can say about them was that they don't sugarcoat anything!! They will tell you what you look good in/don't and they will give you their honest advice/opinion on something which I LOVED!! That was 10x more helpful for me. I cannot thank them enough.
After many fittings, seeing it complete and on me was evvvverything and more! I was in love with my dress. SO OBSESSED! I could not wait for the day to have my hair and make up all done to actually feel like a princess. The details were lux. The dress was sexy yet elegant. I accessorized with a crystal headpiece, diamond earrings, diamond necklace and a bracelet to match. It was the most special moment for me. I never wanted to take off my wedding dress from that day on.
Little side note: My mom advised me to not do a second dress for the wedding, she was so right, she told me to just stay in my one wedding dress the entire night. So glad I listened because looking back I would have been sad and would have regreted changing and not wearing my wedding dress longer. I loved wearing it all night, it was comfortable and I enjoyed looking beautiful in it that day.
Fast Forward: seeing it on the wedding day was a MOMENT.
